The Tru Faces Ambassador Program is in partnership with the Canadian Council of the Blind (CCB) Peterborough Chapter.

The Tru Faces Ambassador Program aims to create a group of likeminded disability advocates who wish to be more involved in Tru Faces and promoting our content. It aims to strengthen our community and create closer relationships with our members.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING?

No! The ambassador program is free to anyone who is interested and funded by the CCB Peterborough Chapter.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A DISABILITY?

No! In order to apply you do not need to have a disability yourself. However, you should have some experience or know someone close to you with a disability.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We are looking for passionate disability advocates who want to share their stories and lived experiences on our platform! Sounds like vou? You're in the right place!

HOW CAN I NOMINATE SOMEONE?

We currently do not have a nomination process in place, however, please encourage the individual to apply and you can act as their reference!

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN CANADA?

No! Our ambassador program is entirely virtual so you can take place from anywhere in the world. So far we have had ambassadors from Austraillia, UK, Greece, and US.
